These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between CLAIREDISTRI and its customer. Both parties accept these terms without reservation. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer. Any order validated by the customer is only considered effective after payment has been accepted. If payment is declined by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled. In the case of a typographical error regarding a product offered for sale (price, title, photo, or description), CLAIREDISTRI reserves the right to cancel any order.
Orders paid by credit card and validated by the customer will only be considered effective by www.my-glassmarbles.com once the relevant banking institutions have approved the transaction. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically canceled. Furthermore, www.my-glassmarbles.com reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a potential dispute.
Product photos and descriptions are not contractually binding. Orders are fulfilled subject to stock availability. A detailed invoice is available for each order once payment has been accepted, in the “My Account” section of www.my-glassmarbles.com.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L 121-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from delivery of the order to request a refund.
