1 Canari Marble 42 mm

An ivory ring around a mustard yellow

This large opaque, shiny marble shows, in the photograph, a pinkish pearly reflection around its edge. On the piece photographed, the ivory cream ring surrounds a mustard yellow area that turns ochre at the centre, crossed at the top by burgundy trails and underlined at the bottom by a small navy blue band. Measuring 42 mm across, it can be spotted from afar.

A warm accent for an oak console table

Near a glazed earthenware jug or dried flowers, it picks up shades of honey and ochre. The proportions of cream, yellow and burgundy may differ from one marble to another, and the yellow may look truer under different lighting.
