1 Transparent Clear Marble 14 mm

A marble that takes on the look of whatever is behind it

The glass is translucent and unpigmented: this 14 mm marble has no colour of its own. On a dark fabric it stands out through its reflections, on a pale surface it almost disappears. Its appearance therefore varies greatly with the surface it sits on.

The tier just below the most common size

Fourteen millimetres is one notch below the 16 mm size. The two-millimetre difference can be felt in the hand and seen as soon as the two sizes sit side by side. In a graduated series, this diameter marks a distinct tier between the neighbouring sizes.
