1 Pépite Yellow Bohemian Glass Marble 35 mm

Yellow flecks stretched into trails across the glass

This 35 mm Bohemian glass marble is covered with yellow flecks. Many are elongated and follow the same direction, as if they had been stretched: the scattering thus forms trails rather than dots. Between them, the translucent glass shows through in fine clear veins.

A yellow that stays luminous without being opaque

Despite the density of the flecks, the marble is not opaque: the clear glass between them lets the light in and gives the yellow a warm shade, close to amber in places. In a bowl, among blue or green marbles from the same family, it brings the lightest note to the bowl.
